That said, the best use cases are still selective. Tokenized Treasuries make sense today. Tokenizing a small local building with weak legal documentation and no buyer base? Usually not. The legal rights matter as much as the smart contract.

RWA tokenization is the process of representing ownership, economic rights, or claims on an off-chain asset through tokens on a blockchain. The token may represent:
