Blockchain Council is a Blockchain education and certification organization and can not be made responsible for the actions of people who have purchased certification courses from us. If any user of Blockchain Council engages in illegal activities, the victim needs to reach out to a law enforcement agency against that person. Based on the guidance from the law enforcement agency, we cancel the certification of the people who engage in restricted activities.

Law and jurisdiction:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi. Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of the website or application must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises.

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the law of any state or country in which these Terms and Conditions are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that Term or Condition is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from that clause and the remaining terms and conditions shall survive and continue to be binding and enforceable.

Blockchain Council makes no representation that materials on the website or application are appropriate or available for use at all locations and access to them from regions where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Restricted Activities: As a user of Blockchain Council, you purchase educational certification courses for self-consumption or for your organization, or for reselling. This purchase does not entitle you to misrepresent the Blockchain Council in any other way.

You must not engage in the following “Restricted Activities”:

  • Represent yourself as a Blockchain Council Employee/Consultant/Partner /Vendor/Reseller to offer services that Blockchain Council does not offer.
  • Represent yourself as a Blockchain Council Employee/Consultant/Partner /Vendor/Reseller to offer services that you are not entitled to offer to anyone on behalf of Blockchain Council.
  • Claim to be Bitcoin/Cryptocurrency Investment experts by showing counterfeit certifications/authority letters from Blockchain Council.
  • Present yourself as a Blockchain Council representative and offer cryptocurrency trading/recovery/investment services.
  • Engage in any fraudulent, illegal activities to defraud other people or organizations while using association with us as your credentials

Actions We May Take if You Engage in Any Restricted Activities
In case we have strong reasons to believe that you’ve engaged in any Restricted Activities, we may take several actions to protect Blockchain Council, its customers and others at any time at our sole discretion.

The actions we may take include, but are not limited to,

  • Limiting your access to or use of the Blockchain Council resources.
  • Suspending your Blockchain Council account without intimation.
  • Revoking certificate licenses issued to you without any refund.
  • Complain about your illegal activities to our partners and other organizations getting harmed due to your restricted actions.
  • Lodge formal complaint against you with the relevant legal & law-enforcement authorities.

PLEASE NOTE: Cryptocurrency is an advanced currency with obvious benefits, such as direct peer-to-peer transactions and the opportunity for crypto-to-crypto trade on the market. Due to increasing awareness about cryptocurrency, investor interest is on the rise but so are nefarious acts by scam artists. Everything on the internet is prone to cyberattacks, and cryptocurrency is no exception, owing to its online nature. Most victims of such attacks end up in compromised situations because of errors in judgment. However, by being a little extra cautious, it is possible to avert an inadvertent error resulting in financial losses. Therefore, it is essential to be aware of such malpractices and use the proper safeguards against them.

Blockchain Council does not offer any Bitcoin/Cryptocurrency trading or investment services. We do not offer lost cryptocurrency recovery & wallet recovery services. We do not ask for Tax on any cryptocurrency withdrawal directly by us or by any of our representatives. Such emails, calls, and messages one receives are scams.
