Job Description
DeFi Protocol Labs is searching for a Sr. Blockchain Developer to take ownership of our core smart contract infrastructure. You will design and implement key components of our cross-chain DeFi platform, including automated market makers, yield aggregators, and governance modules.
We value engineers who think at the protocol level and have a deep understanding of economic incentive design. You will have significant autonomy in shaping technical direction and will work alongside a world-class team of blockchain researchers and engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement core DeFi protocol smart contracts
- Build and maintain cross-chain bridge infrastructure
- Optimize contracts for gas efficiency and MEV resistance
- Collaborate with tokenomics team on incentive mechanism design
- Lead incident response and emergency contract upgrade procedures
- Review and approve all production smart contract deployments
Requirements
- 5+ years of Solidity experience with production DeFi deployments
- Deep understanding of AMM mechanics, flash loans, and yield strategies
- Cross-chain development experience (Wormhole, LayerZero, or Axelar)
- Security audit experience or background in formal verification
- Understanding of MEV, frontrunning, and sandwich attack mitigation
