Job Description
Enterprise Chain Corp. is looking for a Senior Blockchain Developer to lead our engineering team in building enterprise-grade distributed ledger solutions. You will define technical architecture, mentor junior developers, and drive best practices across the engineering organization.
Our platform serves Fortune 500 clients in supply chain management, trade finance, and digital identity. You will work on high-impact projects that directly affect how large organizations adopt and leverage blockchain technology at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead development of enterprise blockchain solutions
- Design smart contract systems for complex business workflows
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and pairing
- Evaluate and implement scaling solutions for high-throughput applications
- Collaborate with sales and product teams on technical proposals for clients
- Drive engineering standards: testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and documentation
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering with 3+ years in blockchain
- Expert-level Solidity and Hyperledger Fabric or Besu experience
- Proven track record of architecting production blockchain systems
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns and microservice architectures
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Blockchain Council Certified Blockchain Expert designation preferred
