Microsoft, Nvidia, Amazon, Samsung Join Other Tech Giants to Launch the AI-RAN Alliance

In a groundbreaking move that could reshape the landscape of mobile telecommunications, industry titans including Microsoft, Nvidia, Amazon, and Samsung have come together with other major players to form the AI-RAN Alliance. This alliance, announced during the prestigious Mobile World Congress 2024 in Barcelona, Spain, aims to revolutionize cellular technology by integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into radio access network (RAN) systems.

Joining the founding members are industry heavyweights such as Ericsson, Nokia, T-Mobile U.S, SoftBank, Arm, and several esteemed academic institutions and startups.
