According to sources familiar with the matter, Microsoft and OpenAI are currently navigating through the third phase of their comprehensive plan. Stargate, positioned as the fifth and final phase, epitomizes the culmination of years of meticulous planning and technological innovation. However, the journey towards realizing this visionary project is fraught with challenges, particularly in acquiring specialized AI chips essential for its operation.
