2. ପେମେଣ୍ଟ ସର୍ତ୍ତାବଳୀ

Blockchain Council ଲିଖିତ ଭାବେ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟତଃ ଅନ୍ୟ କୌଣସି ସର୍ତ୍ତରେ ସମ୍ମତ ହୋଇନଥିଲେ, ସମସ୍ତ କ୍ରୟ ପାଇଁ ନିମ୍ନଲିଖିତ ପେମେଣ୍ଟ ସର୍ତ୍ତଗୁଡ଼ିକ ପ୍ରଯୁଜ୍ୟ:

• Full payment for participation in any of our courses, certifications, or services is required at the time of registration.
• Payment must be made through one of our accepted payment methods (credit card, debit card, PayPal, or other methods listed at checkout).
• All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Currency conversion rates, if applicable, are determined by your payment provider.
• Upon successful payment clearance, your access to the corresponding courses, resources, and services will be activated immediately.
• Invoices and payment confirmations are sent to the registered email address and are available in your account dashboard.
• Blockchain Council reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

• A free trial is made available only upon explicit request by the user and is subject to availability for the specific product or service.
• The trial window provides limited access to course materials, platform features, or service functionality as determined by BCC.
• The trial period duration varies by product and will be communicated at the time of trial activation.
• No payment information is required to initiate a free trial unless otherwise stated.

4. ଅର୍ଥ ଫେରସ୍ତ ପାଇଁ ଯୋଗ୍ୟତା

ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଅର୍ଥ ଫେରସ୍ତ ଅନୁରୋଧକୁ ପୃଥକ୍ ଭାବେ ମୂଲ୍ୟାୟନ କରାଯାଏ। ଆପଣ ଅର୍ଥ ଫେରସ୍ତ ପାଇଁ ଯୋଗ୍ୟ ହୋଇପାରନ୍ତି ଯଦି ସମସ୍ତ ନିମ୍ନଲିଖିତ ସର୍ତ୍ତ ପୂରଣ ହୋଇଥିଲେ:

ଉପରୋକ୍ତ ସମସ୍ତ ସର୍ତ୍ତ ପୂରଣ କଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଅର୍ଥ ଫେରସ୍ତର ନିଶ୍ଚିତତା ନାହିଁ। ଆମର ସହାୟତା ଟିମ୍ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଅନୁରୋଧର ସମୀକ୍ଷା କରେ ଏବଂ ଚୂଡ଼ାନ୍ତ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି Blockchain Council ନେଇଥାଏ।

5. ଅର୍ଥ ଫେରସ୍ତ ମିଳୁନଥିବା ପରିସ୍ଥିତି

ନିମ୍ନଲିଖିତ କ୍ରୟ ଓ ପରିସ୍ଥିତିଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଯୋଗ୍ୟ ନୁହେଁ କୌଣସି ପରିସ୍ଥିତିରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଅର୍ଥ ଫେରସ୍ତ ପାଇଁ:

6. ଅର୍ଥ ଫେରସ୍ତ ପାଇଁ କିପରି ଅନୁରୋଧ କରିବେ

ଅର୍ଥ ଫେରସ୍ତ ଅନୁରୋଧ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିବା ପାଇଁ, ଦୟାକରି ଏହି ପଦକ୍ଷେପଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଅନୁସରଣ କରନ୍ତୁ:

7. ଅର୍ଥ ଫେରସ୍ତ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାର ସମୟସୀମା

ଅର୍ଥ ଫେରସ୍ତ ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ହେବା ପରେ, ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାକରଣ ପାଇଁ ନିମ୍ନଲିଖିତ ସମୟସୀମା ପ୍ରଯୁଜ୍ୟ:

ପେମେଣ୍ଟ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାକରଣ ସଂସ୍ଥା, ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ କିମ୍ବା ଆର୍ଥିକ ସଂସ୍ଥା ଯୋଗୁଁ ହେଉଥିବା ବିଳମ୍ବ ପାଇଁ BCC ଦାୟୀ ନୁହେଁ। ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ ସମୟସୀମା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଆପଣ ଫେରସ୍ତ ଅର୍ଥ ନପାଇଲେ, ପ୍ରଥମେ ଆପଣଙ୍କ ପେମେଣ୍ଟ ସେବା ପ୍ରଦାନକାରୀଙ୍କ ସହ ଯୋଗାଯୋଗ କରନ୍ତୁ, ତାପରେ ଆମ ସହାୟତା ଦଳ ସହ ଯୋଗାଯୋଗ କରନ୍ତୁ।

8. ଅର୍ଥ ଫେରସ୍ତ ପଦ୍ଧତି

ନିମ୍ନଲିଖିତ ବ୍ୟତିକ୍ରମ ବ୍ୟତୀତ, ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ଅର୍ଥ ଫେରସ୍ତ ମୂଳ ପେମେଣ୍ଟ ପଦ୍ଧତିରେ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାକରଣ କରାଯିବ:

• The original payment method is no longer valid, expired, or closed - in which case an alternative method will be agreed upon.
• You request a refund in the form of Platform Credits (BCC account credits), which can be applied toward future purchases and may include a bonus credit amount at our discretion.
• A bank transfer is required due to payment method limitations - BCC may request your banking details for processing.

ମୂଳ କ୍ରୟ ସମୟରେ ଲାଗିଥିବା କୌଣସି ଲେନଦେନ ଶୁଳ୍କ, ମୁଦ୍ରା ରୂପାନ୍ତରଣ ଶୁଳ୍କ କିମ୍ବା ମଧ୍ୟସ୍ଥ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଶୁଳ୍କ ଫେରସ୍ତ ହେବ ନାହିଁ ଏବଂ ଫେରସ୍ତ ରାଶିରୁ କଟାଯିବ।

9. ଆଂଶିକ ଅର୍ଥ ଫେରସ୍ତ ଓ ପ୍ଲାଟଫର୍ମ କ୍ରେଡିଟ୍

କିଛି ପରିସ୍ଥିତିରେ, BCC ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଅର୍ଥ ଫେରସ୍ତ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତେ ଆଂଶିକ ଅର୍ଥ ଫେରସ୍ତ କିମ୍ବା ପ୍ଲାଟଫର୍ମ କ୍ରେଡିଟ୍ ଦେଇପାରେ:

• If you have accessed a minor portion of the course content (within the allowed threshold), a partial refund proportional to the unused content may be offered.
• If a technical issue on BCC's side prevents you from accessing your purchased content for an extended period, compensation in the form of Platform Credits or a partial refund may be provided.
• If a product is discontinued before you have completed it, you may receive a prorated refund or equivalent access to a replacement product.
• Platform Credits do not expire, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

10. ସବ୍‌ସ୍କ୍ରିପ୍ସନ୍ ବାତିଲ

ନିୟମିତ ଭାବେ ନବୀକରଣ ହେଉଥିବା ସବସ୍କ୍ରିପସନ୍ ଆଧାରରେ ଦିଆଯାଉଥିବା ଉତ୍ପାଦ ଓ ସେବା ପାଇଁ ନିମ୍ନଲିଖିତ ବାତିଲ୍ ଓ ଅର୍ଥ ଫେରସ୍ତ ସର୍ତ୍ତ ପ୍ରଯୁଜ୍ୟ:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the subscription benefits until the end of the paid period.
• No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days.
• Renewals that have already been processed are non-refundable. To avoid unwanted charges, cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
• If an auto-renewal charge occurs after you have requested cancellation (due to processing delays), contact our support team for resolution.

11. ପ୍ରଚାରମୂଳକ ଅଫର୍ ଓ ରିହାତିରେ କ୍ରୟ

ପ୍ରଚାର ଅଭିଯାନ, ଫ୍ଲାଶ୍ ସେଲ୍ ସମୟରେ କିମ୍ବା କୁପନ୍ କୋଡ୍ ବା ରିହାତି କୋଡ୍ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରି କିଣାଯାଇଥିବା ଉତ୍ପାଦଗୁଡ଼ିକ ସାଧାରଣତଃ ଅର୍ଥ ଫେରସ୍ତଯୋଗ୍ୟ ନୁହେଁ, ନିମ୍ନଲିଖିତ ସର୍ତ୍ତଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଅଧୀନରେ:

• Unless the specific promotional terms explicitly state that refunds are permitted.
• Free or complimentary products, bonus items, or gifts included with a purchase are not eligible for separate refunds.
• If a refund is approved for a discounted purchase, the refund amount will be based on the actual amount paid (after discount), not the original list price.
• Coupon codes and promotional credits used in a refunded purchase may or may not be reinstated, at BCC's sole discretion.

12. ଚାର୍ଜବ୍ୟାକ୍ ଓ ପେମେଣ୍ଟ ବିବାଦ

ଆପଣଙ୍କ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ କିମ୍ବା କାର୍ଡ ପ୍ରଦାନକାରୀଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ଚାର୍ଜବ୍ୟାକ୍ କିମ୍ବା ପେମେଣ୍ଟ ବିବାଦ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିବା ପୂର୍ବରୁ, ବିଲିଂ ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧୀୟ ଯେକୌଣସି ସମସ୍ୟାର ସମାଧାନ ପାଇଁ ଆମ ସହାୟତା ଦଳ ସହ ସିଧାସଳଖ ଯୋଗାଯୋଗ କରିବାକୁ ଆମେ ଆପଣଙ୍କୁ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦେଉଛୁ।

ଆମେ ଚାର୍ଜବ୍ୟାକ୍ ନୋଟିସ୍ ପାଇଲେ, ସମ୍ପୃକ୍ତ ଲେଣଦେଣର ଦସ୍ତାବିଜ ସହିତ ପେମେଣ୍ଟ ସେବା ପ୍ରଦାନକାରୀଙ୍କୁ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେବୁ। ଚାର୍ଜବ୍ୟାକ୍ ଅଯୁକ୍ତିଯୁକ୍ତ ବୋଲି ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଲେ, ବିବାଦୀୟ ରାଶି ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧୀୟ ସମସ୍ୟାର ସମାଧାନ ହେବା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଆପଣଙ୍କ ଆକାଉଣ୍ଟ ନିଲମ୍ବିତ ରହିପାରେ।

13. ନିଷିଦ୍ଧ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକଳାପ ଓ ଅର୍ଥ ଫେରସ୍ତ ଅଧିକାର ହରାଇବା

ଆପଣ କୌଣସି ଅର୍ଥ ଫେରସ୍ତ ପାଇଁ ଯୋଗ୍ୟ ହେବେ ନାହିଁ (ଆଂଶିକ କିମ୍ବା ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଭାବେ) ଯଦି ଆମର ନିମ୍ନୋକ୍ତ ଦଲିଲରେ ପରିଭାଷିତ "ନିଷିଦ୍ଧ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକଳାପ"ରେ ସମ୍ପୃକ୍ତି ଯୋଗୁଁ Blockchain Council ଆପଣଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନେଉଛି: ନିୟମ ଓ ସର୍ତ୍ତାବଳୀ. ନିଷିଦ୍ଧ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକଳାପରେ ନିମ୍ନଲିଖିତଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଭୁକ୍ତ, କିନ୍ତୁ ଏହା କେବଳ ଏଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ସୀମିତ ନୁହେଁ:

• Sharing, distributing, or reselling course materials or certification content without authorization.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to manipulate or cheat on certification examinations.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotional offers or free trials.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse of the Platform.
• Violating intellectual property rights or anti-piracy policies.

14. ବ୍ୟତିକ୍ରମୀ ପରିସ୍ଥିତି

ବ୍ୟତିକ୍ରମୀ ପରିସ୍ଥିତି ଉପୁଜିପାରେ ବୋଲି BCC ସ୍ୱୀକାର କରେ। ନିମ୍ନଲିଖିତ ପରିସ୍ଥିତିରେ, କେବଳ BCC ର ନିଜସ୍ୱ ବିବେଚନା ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ସାଧାରଣ 7 ଦିନର ଅବଧି ବାହାରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଅର୍ଥ ଫେରସ୍ତ ଅନୁରୋଧ ବିଚାର କରାଯାଇପାରେ:

• Documented medical emergencies that prevent you from using the purchased service for an extended period.
• Significant and verified technical failures on BCC's side that render the purchased product unusable despite reasonable troubleshooting efforts.
• Natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or other force majeure events that prevent access to the Platform.
• Death or incapacitation of the account holder (request by legal representative with proper documentation).

ବ୍ୟତିକ୍ରମୀ ପରିସ୍ଥିତିରେ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ଅନୁରୋଧ ସହିତ ଉପଯୁକ୍ତ ପ୍ରମାଣ ସମ୍ବଳିତ ଦଲିଲ ଦାଖଲ କରିବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ। ଆମ ପରିଚାଳନା ଦଳ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଅନୁରୋଧକୁ ପୃଥକ ଭାବେ ସମୀକ୍ଷା କରିବ।

15. ଏହି ନୀତିରେ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ

BCC ଯେକୌଣସି ସମୟରେ ଏହି ଅର୍ଥ ଫେରସ୍ତ ନୀତି ସଂଶୋଧନ କରିବାର ଅଧିକାର ସଂରକ୍ଷିତ ରଖେ। ଏହି ପୃଷ୍ଠାରେ ଅଦ୍ୟତନ "ଶେଷ ଅଦ୍ୟତନ" ତାରିଖ ସହ ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ହେବା ମାତ୍ରେ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନଗୁଡ଼ିକ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ ହେବ। ଯେଉଁଠାରେ ସମ୍ଭବ, ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ବିଷୟରେ ପଞ୍ଜୀକୃତ ବ୍ୟବହାରକାରୀଙ୍କୁ ଇମେଲ୍ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଜଣାଯିବ।

ଅଦ୍ୟତନ ନୀତି ଗ୍ରାହକଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଅଧିକ ଅନୁକୂଳ ନହେଲେ, ମୂଳ କିଣାକିଣି ସମୟରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ ଥିବା ଏହି ନୀତିର ସଂସ୍କରଣ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଅର୍ଥ ଫେରସ୍ତ ଅନୁରୋଧର ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାକରଣ କରାଯିବ।

16. ଆମ ସହ ଯୋଗାଯୋଗ କରନ୍ତୁ

ଏହି ଅର୍ଥ ଫେରସ୍ତ ନୀତି ବିଷୟରେ ଆପଣଙ୍କର କୌଣସି ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ ଥିଲେ କିମ୍ବା ଆପଣ ଅର୍ଥ ଫେରସ୍ତ ଅନୁରୋଧ ଦାଖଲ କରିବାକୁ ଚାହୁଁଥିଲେ, ଦୟାକରି ଆମ ସହ ଯୋଗାଯୋଗ କରନ୍ତୁ:
